The end of the season for 2024-25 is approaching and there are shenanigans afoot!!
St Austell Camera club has it’s own Facebook page, for members only, it provides lots of information on what is going on around and about, in and out of the club, and the latest photography trends on Social media. It is a great way to share images for critique and maybe some friendly banter. Along with sharing our competition successes and failures…
Well, when I first saw the recent trend of creating a superhero doll in a blister pack using Ai, I could not resist using some images taken over the last couple of years of some of our membership, to create some funny Blister pack dolls of some of our members, mainly the committee and accompany them with a fitting description.
This season we have had lots of laughs, the club has some funny characters!… you know who you are!… But more importantly we always seem to have a good laugh at ourselves, maybe that’s the key to having healthy club numbers week in and week out.

is in the Arty Farty Collection, he is sometimes sad because MUFC are not what they used to be back when not many people can remember who they were.... but is quickly cheered up by his fantastic painting skills, Dom doll is a deep and meaningful doll….
Darren Doll
is from the walkers collection, he is at his happiest with his trusty Labrador trekking around Cornwall…. He is a regular at the shoe repairers though.
