Label the stick with your name
Change the name of each of the digital images (both for Digital entry and Print entry) to the title of your image. Do not include your name in the title
Create two folders with the competition name, the entry type and your name.
For example, for the Open 1 competition you would create one folder called “Open1_Digital_My_Name” and a second called “Open1_Print_My_Name”
Copy the digital entries into the Open1_Digital_My_Name and the digital versions of the Print entries into the Open1_Print_My_Name folder.
